If you've had an auto accident, print out auto accident report. This should be filed with the registry, police, and us. It needs to be filed if anyone is injured or property damage is over $1000. File within 5 days of the accident.

Safety Insurance has a 24 hr claim, 1-800-951-2100. This is only for emergency claims. You can report your claim to them directly. Then on the next regular business day call us about your claim so we can give you advice and assist you in any way possible. Also we need a record of the claim. Our aim is to get you back what you deserve as quickly as possible.
Auto Losses: If you are hurt from an auto accident most definitely go
to your doctor or local hospital to get checked out. If you need to rent a car
we suggest either Hertz Local Edition at 1-800-704-4473, or Enterprises at
480-0221. If you need your car towed we suggest either , Precision Auto Body at
1-800-339-5979 or Waldron Auto Body
at 508-481-1900; they both have 24 hour tow

Home Losses: If you are insured with Safety Insurance on your home, condo, or renters policy please note the following: If you had a house fire, furnace puff back, bad smoke damage, or damage from another insured situation that makes your house unlivable; call a local clean up service such as ATA Corp at 1-800-461-1363 or Service Master at 1-800-783-0552 or Servpro at 1-800-794-1485. They can handle fire, smoke and water damage situations and they have 24 hour service. Then if the situation warrants it, get yourself a local motel room if your home is unlivable. If you had a house break-in or theft call your local police and get your house, condo, or apartment secured.
A few local adjusters can be reached, Donovan Associates at 1-800-962-9927 or Certuse Adjustment Inc at 978-445-0431, 24 hour toll free pager. They can generally respond within a few hours. If you had a home loss that requires an adjuster to be on the scene immediately, a real emergency situation, you can call 1-800-951-2100.
